We, or our third party recruitment or consultant partners, may review and analyze public sources, such as websites or social media accounts owned by you that you have made publicly available.

You may refuse to provide us with your personal information. However, some personal information is necessary for our services, so if you do not provide the required information, you may not be able to receive the services as intended.

Information we collect automatically

  • Third-party service providers, including BambooHR, who host and store the personal information you include within a job application;
  • Background-checking organizations that verify employment history, academic history and professional qualifications;
  • External recruitment or consulting partners that help us find suitable candidates and evaluate applications;
  • Fraud prevention providers to assist us in our monitoring for fraud;
  • A buyer or a successor in the event of a merger, restructuring, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets; or

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. None of our services are intended for use by children under the age of 13.
